Overview

Golf  is an OA based layout environment with advanced date model. It provides hierarchical parameterized object feature, in addition to the comprehensive constraints assignment and shape deriving functions, for full custom layout reuse.  The rule constraints are included in the Pcell to form a universal master, which can be applied in different layout processes.

Features

  • Parameterizes any attributes of any existing shapes/instances to form a parameterized-object.
  • Derives new objects from existing objects.
  • Graphically defines constraints on the existing shapes/instances.
  • Carries the rule constraints to assure that the layout generated is design rule correct.

  • Uses common variables to specify parameters and constraints, and passes through hierarchy.

  • Provides Pcell master preview checking and Pcell instance debugging.
  • Supports .csv file for multiple Pcells placement.

Data Security
  • Can encrypt the Pcell masters and assign a delivery list to protect crucial intellectual property.
