Devices auto-generation and modification

Auto Device applies Open Access data model to support the predefined devices. Devices use layer usage from library and use process rules from cellview.  It quickly generates DRC-correct layouts without technology file definition.  Especially, the generated devices can be further manipulated in polygon pushing with normal editing commands, such as stretch, align, chop,  reshape and merge. A build-in compaction engine ensures DRC-correct device when the editing is completed.

• Auto chopped by the overlapping layer that's unselected, and maintain the min. rules of layer.

• Consider the ending rule of metal at corner.

• The number of contact rows can be specified.

• Contacts auto filling can be assign an instance or shapes array.
